To show proof of identity, Licencia Servicio accepts these forms of identification: PASSPORT (the stand-alone document), US DRIVERS LICENSE (current or expired), FOREIGN DRIVERS LICENSE, US MILITARY ID CARD, FOREIGN MILITARY ID CARD, FOREIGN VOTERS REG. CARD, NATIONAL ID CARD, USCIS PHOTO ID, VISA (issued by the US Dept of State), a CIVIL BIRTH CERTIFICATE can be accepted only with an AFFIDAVIT OF IDENTITY (additional fee of $30). 

Depending on where you live, delivery can take up to a couple of days to a couple of weeks. Processing times also may differ depending on the verification of your proof of identity and what Non-Governmental ID Card you have requested. 

At Licencia Servicio, the cost of an International Drivers License or a Personal Identification Card differs on the proof of identification you submit.
